Our windows are UPVC windows with tilt and turn.

Push the button in, turn the handle horizontal to tilt, and then you can open the window.

Then just close the window and push the handle up to vertical for the turn.

There is a safety catch at the top – just push that up and open the window – and this allows for easy cleaning.

To encourage air flow, your window vents are operated with a flick open and flick shut.
