Commuting

Parks View is located between the Inshes and Milton of Leys areas of Inverness and benefits from easy access to the main A9 and A96 routes. From Parks View, you can reach the best the Highland has to offer — The Cairngorms National Park and The North Coast 500 route. From the development, Inverness railway station is only a 15-minute drive. Inverness Airport is a 20-minute drive, with flights to London, Amsterdam, Belfast and more.

Facilties

There are a range of local facilities a short distance from Parks View. There are local Co-Op grocery stores at both Inshes and Milton of Leys.

A short drive away is Inshes Retail Park which offers a Tesco Extra, and a variety of gyms, shops and amenities. An Asda Superstore, along with a children’s soft play centre, Starbucks coffee shop, and a golf course and driving range with sports bar and restaurant are also nearby.

Inverness City Centre is also only a short drive away, with a great choice of restaurants, leisure facilities, and shops.

If you enjoy the outdoors, Inshes District Park is nearby and there are plenty of great attractions within the wider area to visit  — including the world-famous Loch Ness, The Caledonian Canal, Nairn Beach or a little further afield Chanonry Point, Fortrose for some dolphin spotting.

Schools

Primary schools in the area include Milton of Leys Primary School, Inshes Primary School and Hilton Primary School. Secondary schools include Millburn Academy and Inverness Royal Academy.

For further education, the University of Highlands and Islands Inverness campus is only a 10-minute drive.
