Latest phase at the Maples development starts to take shape
6th June 2024
The latest phase of 151 homes at the Maples, a Tulloch Homes development a stone’s throw from the River Ness and with great connections into the centre of Inverness, is taking shape.
20 customers have already moved into the selection of highly energy efficient two, three and four bedroom homes – including residents in the affordable homes built in partnership with The Highland Council.
Newly appointed Managing Director, Kieran Graham recently visited the development and was pleased with how brilliant the development was looking. He said:
“It’s great to see the latest phase looking so established. A handful of the homes have cars in the driveways, there are kits up on others, homes that are wind and watertight and the roads have been set out. In earlier phases, you can hear kids playing in the parks and see how the community is taking shape.
“The construction site itself was looking good too – tidy and organised – so well done to Site Manager, Cameron Brand and Assistant Site Manager, Scott Watson. Great work to all involved on this project - these photos don’t do the development the justice it deserves!”
The wider Maples site is already home to over 240 families enjoying the local amenities on their doorstep and once complete, the development will include around 750 high quality homes.
