We are delighted with our new Tulloch home

We are delighted with our new Tulloch’s home. We moved in two months ago, and we are still finding new things that we love about our house! It was our first time buying a brand-new home, and it has been great to move in and enjoy things being sparkly new and working beautifully from the beginning!

The whole process of buying the house was straightforward, which was largely due to Susan, the sales consultant, who was always helpful and friendly. From our first visit to the show home right through to getting our keys, Susan made sure that the process was as pleasant and calm as possible. Given how stressful house-buying can be, we really appreciated that!

We have been impressed by the pride that everyone in Tulloch Homes takes in their work. We enjoyed finding out a bit about how our home was constructed when we had our first visit here just before moving in. As the site manager, Scott, showed us round our home and explained how things worked, it was obvious how well the houses had been designed and constructed. As well as the big things, like the solar panels which generate part of the house’s electricity (very helpful in this current climate), there are lots of little things that work to make living here better – like the glass panels in the downstairs doors that let the light flood right through our living areas. Coming from an older house, we have also been very impressed by the energy efficiency of our new home.

We would be happy to recommend a Tulloch’s house to anyone looking to buy a beautiful, practical and efficient new home.
