An extensive specification provided as standard

We want every Tulloch customer to move into a home they love. As standard, we include an extensive specification of items which are expertly installed for a quality finish.

Typically, this includes:

• High quality kitchens with a choice of doors, worktop with upstand, oven, hob, extractor and under-unit lighting.
• Sleek sanitaryware to bathrooms, with vanity units, tiling and mirror.
• Main bedrooms include a fitted wardrobe.
• All our homes have double glazed windows and multi-point locking exterior doors, a controllable heating and hot water system to make your home comfortable.
• Outside, your garden will be finished in turf and fencing is provided for your own garden space.

Adding upgraded selections

There are some exciting upgrade options, giving you the opportunity to personalise your home with luxurious extras at an additional cost.

Kitchen packages

We have made it simple to choose added touches for your kitchen with three packages to choose from, each offering an increased level of specification. These include additions such as an induction hob, full wall laminate splashback and integrated appliances. The packages also offer upgrades to already included features, for example, additional choices of cabinet doors and worktops, Silgranit sink or  solid surface worktops with an undermounted sink. 

Flooring packages

Choose from carpets, vinyl or a wider selection of finishes in wood or tile effect from Moduleo.

Bathrooms

Make a statement with additional tiling to your bathroom, ensuite or cloakroom, from a choice of contemporary designs. We can install an additional bathroom shower to accommodate your family and guests. 

Electrical items

Additional sockets and switches are available in a variety of finishes to compliment your furnishings and décor 

Internal door packages

With various attractive door finishes to choose from, including glazed doors, this is a great way to show off your personal style throughout your whole home

Wardrobe door and shelving packages 

Just imagine waking up every morning to the sight of stylishly upgraded wardrobe doors to co-ordinate with your bedroom furniture. That is the reality with our wardrobe door packages. There are many tasteful designs to choose from, including tinted mirror, bifold, shaker and slatwall doors. And behind the doors, you can upgrade to the signature interior shelving package, to perfectly organise all of your clothes and accessories.

Interior design package

Choosing your interior décor scheme can be daunting. Let our interior designer bring showhome chic to your home!

A truly personal experience for those looking for assistance with interior design inspiration. You will have a consultation with Envision, who will prepare various mood boards and give you a choice of tailored interior designs modelled around your taste.   

Outside working/living packages

Give yourself a unique and private interior space in the comfort of your garden with an Urban Pod. We have several sleek designs to complement your garden and give you another room to enjoy, whether it be a focused office space, a home gym or a sanctuary in which to unwind.

Environmental packages

We offer you the opportunity to add solar PV panels to your home, and additionally, a battery storage system to allow you to store solar energy to be used at a later time. Not only can you live an uncompromised lifestyle without worrying about your impact on the planet, but you’ll also save money in the long run too, as your PV panels generate free energy to power your home.

How to add upgrades to your home

When reserving your new home, you will be advised of the timeline for making selections and upgrades to your home.

The availability of upgrades will be dependent on the build stage of your selected home, with more selections available earlier in the build process. 

When you have concluded missives, our Sales Consultant will invite you to your selections appointment where you can make your choices and place any orders for additional items, to make your dream home a reality.
